LLAA
Listen Learn Act Academy is Spark the Change Colorado’s newest co-generational program, combining the strengths and wisdom of two different generations-- Seniors 55+, and 5th graders-- to spark positive change in a chosen issue area.
Older and Younger teammates will Listen to each other and local community experts to Learn about this year’s issue: Health, specifically Social Isolation and Food Insecurity. Older and Younger teammates will then work together to Act, creating two service projects for the two issue areas and implementing them through the year. These Action Projects are designed entirely by the Older and Younger team based on their listening and learning experiences.
