One main purpose of Spark's Mental Wellness Program is to support workforce development in the field of mental health. Our Supervision and Workforce Development Program connects clinical supervisor volunteers with graduate level interns and post-graduate candidates for licensure to ease the pathway to licensure for mental health professionals. Spark Health Corps, a Public Health AmeriCorps Program and workforce development initiative, places AmeriCorps Members (mainly graduate interns) in schools throughout Colorado to serve mental health needs of K-12 students.
