Maintenance and Facilities Associate
The Western Museum of Mining and Industry has an unbelievable opportunity for anyone interested in working on and maintaining nineteenth century steam engines, pneumatic drills, and other artifacts from our mining heritage. Some other tasks will include standard museum maintenance, grounds-keeping, building repairs and updates, and creative builds.
We need volunteers who have a basic understanding of mechanics, construction, and/or machine maintenance. We are looking for someone who can maneuver around large machines to help us oil and care for a myriad of fascinating, rare, and fully operational technological advances from the turn of the century!
If you have the time, dedication, and expertise....we want you!
Join the staff of the most interesting museum on the front range and contribute to the educational experience of visitors from around the country!
