A lifelong Denverite, Mary has worked in the non-profit cultural community for over 20 years and thrives on collaboration and communication. Jamie is the Chief Operating Officer for the Colorado Children’s Campaign. Jamie has worked in a diverse array of leadership and management roles spanning public, private, and nonprofit sectors – as a strategic business consultant, an operations director, a regional and area manager, and program administrator.
Much of her previous work has focused on restorative justice – both through advocacy and the direct provision of the support tools needed to reduce re-offenses. Jamie joined the Spark Board of Directors to #SparkACTION! |
Daniel is a passionate public health professional with an extensive background in mental health programs and services. He is currently a Program Manager for Prime Health, a nonprofit focused on health innovation and equity. Daniel has a history of volunteerism as a brother of the Virginia Tech Chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, National Service Fraternity.

Jennifer Tierney is a highly accomplished entrepreneur, business executive, and mental health advocate with 15+ years of experience in award-winning C-suite positions. Jennifer is a NeurOptimal Neurofeedback representative and the owner/founder of CŌR Neuro, Parker Neurofeedback and The Rock Neuro providing neurofeedback treatment to individuals, businesses, nonprofits and sports organizations in order to improve cognitive performance.
As a Board Member, Jennifer is an advocate for the nonprofit community while also donating hundreds of sessions to local nonprofits. Trained by the Human Potential Institute, Jennifer also educates the corporate world on mental health, and serves as COO of Full Velocity Consulting and a professor at Red Rocks Community College. Jennifer's expertise in operational finance, mental health in the workplace, regulatory compliance, and more have made her a respected industry leader. |

Gretta is currently completing a marketing and integration consultancy position following the sale of a business she helped guide and position for sale. Her career path has served a variety of industries and leadership roles including 7 years in the entertainment industry as a music marketing executive, followed by a complex sales position working with small business owners on strategic HR solutions, and in 2017 became the Director of Marketing for a packaging company where she spearheaded and managed restructuring initiatives and a rebranding campaign leading to the sale of the company.
Though her career has taken many turns her constant passion has always been building and serving her community as a volunteer and leader. Gretta lives in the mountains of Eagle, Colorado and joined the Spark Board of Directors to #SparkCONNECTION throughout Colorado! |
Suraya has worn many hats (attorney, business strategist, entrepreneur) and now runs her own fractional COO firm serving fast-growing small businesses across the country. She is a proud mom of 3 active children and is grateful to serve on and lead the Governance Committee at Spark.

Jenn Lambert is a Case Manager who works with Youth experiencing homelessness. She believes in loving hard and the strength of community to help and heal one another. Jenn joined the Spark the Change board to #SparkCOMMUNITY and to support others in finding purpose through volunteering.

Dave leads Trinet's financial services Denver practice, helping small businesses grow by streamlining back-office operations and providing access to high quality healthcare options. With a background in accounting, Dave has the necessary experience to assist with Spark’s financial compliance.
When Dave steps away from his desk he loves spending time outside with his 2-year-old black lab, Drummond. He is an avid runner and sports fanatic, supporting all Pittsburgh teams, as well as the Penn State Nittany Lions. Dave joined the Spark the Change board to #SparkEVOLUTION and raise the roof of what Spark is capable of. |

Nicole Antonson

Nicole Antonson is Vice President, Healthcare Solutions and Interoperability for Quest Diagnostics. At Quest, Ms. Antonson leads an information technology organization focused on delivering interoperable solutions for Healthcare Systems, Hospitals, Physicians, and Health Plans. Previous to Spark, she was a board member for the American Cancer Society – Great Midwest Division and served as an advisor to the Commonwell Alliance focused on national health summary data exchange.
Ms. Antonson holds a master’s in business administration from the Katz School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelor’s degree in nursing and biology from University of Pittsburgh and University of Michigan respectively. Ms. Antonson lives in Denver, CO with her husband and sweet puppy, Willie. Her daughter attends the University of Michigan and her son attends Colgate University. Ms. Antonson enjoys cooking, cycling, rowing, and cross-country skiing. |
Shelley Billig
Shelley Billig spends her time as a researcher, evaluator, and strategic planner for educational systems and nonprofits. She strongly advocates for improved educational opportunities for those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds in Colorado, the U.S., and throughout the world. In addition to research on improving education, she has engaged in multiple studies of civic engagement and volunteerism. She is an active volunteer in multiple social sectors and is excited to be a member of the Board promoting Spark the Change Colorado's mission.
Jerraud Coleman, a Denver, Colorado native, has over 20 years of experience in mission-based and continuous improvement initiatives. His work has not only helped organizations identify and implement innovations but has also saved millions in time, resources, and quality, delivering significant value to the community.
His unwavering commitment to supporting Spark the Change Colorado's mission is a testament to his dedication and values, which include "making the world a better place" by "continuously improving real places together." James Thacker, a Colorado native, is a senior performance consultant and coach, with more than 30 years experience working with individuals, teams and Senior Leaders (Corporate and Non-profit) throughout the US.
Currently the Senior Manager of Training and Development for ibotta, James’ experience includes implementing learning strategies such as Crucial Conversations, Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Facilitation Essentials, and many other transformative learning solutions for leaders and teams. James devotes much of his off-hours to #SparkCHANGE with his most favored causes and local non-profit organizations (including Spark!). |
