Supervision & Workforce Development 

Supervision is a key to bridging the gap between education and practice. We are committed to nurturing the next generation of licensed mental health providers and we believe your expertise and experience would greatly enhance our mission.

We are actively seeking experienced mental health professionals to volunteer as clinical supervisors. Your role would be integral in providing guidance and oversight to candidates pursuing their mental health licensure. This opportunity not only allows you to shape the competencies of future practitioners but also offers a chance to give back to the mental health community in a meaningful way.

Supervisors Provide:

• Direction and Monitoring: Oversee and evaluate the Supervisee's practice, enhancing their knowledge, skills, and ethical service delivery. 
• Supportive Environment: Create a safe space for supervisees to discuss challenges, receive constructive feedback, and explore alternatives. 
• Flexible Modalities for Supervision: In-Person, Virtual, or Phone ​
