Survivors of Domestic Violence Empowerment Group

Virtual - Mondays from 5:30-6:45pm.
​This group, led by a professional Mental Wellness Program volunteer clinician, is
virtual and this will be our 6th 8-week session and group is usually comprised of survivors from several Colorado counties. Click here to register.

In-person - SRDA in Pueblo, CO - Wednesdays from 3:30-4:45pm
​Friend of Dorothy
is an LGBTQIA+ book discussion group for older adults and allies (55+). Sessions are facilitated by

Braving the Journey

Hybrid Virtual/In-person PCAC in Pueblo, Colorado - Tuesdays from 5:30-6:45pm

SMART Recovery

In-person at Servicios de la Raza in Pueblo, Colorado - every Wednesday from 4:00-5:00pm rain or shine
SMART Recovery is an ongoing group for individuals experiencing addiction held at Servicios de la Raza in Pueblo (805 W 4th St, Pueblo, CO). No registration needed, just show up.

Navigating the Grief Journey After a Suicide Loss

In-person in downtown Pueblo, Colorado - Thursdays from 6:15-8:00pm

Grief is a deeply personal and nonlinear experience, yet it’s something we all encounter in different forms throughout our lives. This group explores the grief journey along with misconceptions of grief, while offering compassionate approaches to help individuals navigate their unique healing process. Registration link coming soon.
