Counseling and Support Groups: Empowering Healthy Minds
Spark’s Mental Wellness Program offers up to 10 free sessions of counseling to people experiencing barriers to accessing services. Common barriers include cost, lack of insurance and scarcity of providers. Counseling services are provided by highly vetted volunteer mental health professionals and are offered virtually. In-person services are available on a limited basis.

A: After an initial intake is conducted, we can typically match clients with a volunteer clinician within two weeks. Occasionally it may take longer, depending on the specific needs and call volume.

A: On a case-by-case basis, your volunteer clinician and Mental Wellness Program staff will work with you to secure other resources to meet your continued needs.
